This is the Internet version of a biographical presentation of Ingeborg Refling Hagen´s life, made in 1995 for the 100th anniversary of her birth.

This is probably the most extensive presentation of a Norwegian author on the net.

Fredheim

The "Ingeborgmuseet" has opened Ingeborg Refling Hagen´s old home, "Fredheim", at Tangen, near Lake Mjøsa, Norway, to the general public.

Tangen is situated 100 kilometers north of Oslo. The Norwegian railways take you there from Oslo in just one hour.

The museum is open for guided tours of groups up to 50 persons. To arrange a visit, please call +47 625 82 353, or E-mail us at least two days in advance. A visit costs NOK 30 per person, a minimum fee of NOK 300 is charged for groups of less than 10 persons.
